Our Board of Directors for Cinosam are volunteers elected to represent our community. We have 9 board members on a rotating 3 year term seat. Each year 3 members will expire in their seats and require re-elections by our club members voting at our annual meeting. 

Our President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are re-elected yearly at the annual meeting.
